How is Viagra Soft taken?
Viagra Soft is taken orally. Keep Viagra Soft tablet under the tongue till tyhe total dissoulution.Stick to the directions on the label of the medicine.The drug is usually taken an hour before sexual intercourse. You should not exceed the dose prescribed to you and use the drug more often than once a day. Never change your dose on your own, only your health care provider may do it. Your doctor may dicrease your dose if you are taking some certain medications.
What drugs may interact with viagra Soft?
You should not take Viagra Soft if you use the followig drugs.
- Nitroglycerin containing drugs used for the treatment of angina
- alpha blockers
- bosentan
- certain drugs for treating seizures (phenobarbital, phenytoin, and carbamazepine)
- certain medicines used for fungous or yeast diseases, such as ketoconazole, fluconazole, or voriconazole
- medications used for treating of HIV or AIDS
- cisapride
- clarithromycin
- cimetidine
- erythromycin
- diltiazem
- mibefradil
- monoamine oxidase inhibitors
- rifabutin
- verapamil
- nitroprusside
- quinidine
- rifampin
- some medicines used for treating anxiety, depression or other phychological problems (e.g., nefazodone, fluvoxamine, fluoxetine)
Inform your health care provider about all other medications you are taking, including drugs sold without prescription medicines, herbal products or nutritional supplements. Also inform your health care professional if you regularly use alcohol or cafein containing drinks or if you are a heavy smoker. These may interfere with the action of Viagra Soft. Consult your health care professional before you stop or start any of your medicactoins.
What side effects may I experience while taking Viagra Soft?
Side effects that you should tell your or health care provider about as soon as possible:
- total or partial loss of hearing or ringing in ears
- total or partial loss of vision, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, or inability to tell the difference between blue and green or seeing everything in a blue color
- difficulty breathing
- chest pain
- frequent heartbeat
- prolonged erection
- skin rash,
- inflammation
Side effects that usually are less serious but more common are the following:
- diarrhea
- flushing
- headache
- dizziness
- nasal congestion
- indigestion
These less serious side effects do net require medial attention unless they persist.
